I ran the HBC Canada Day 10K this morning. It was a beautiful morning here in Halifax, and lots of people out for the run.
The race started in the Commons, then we made our way down South Park and Young, doing an up and down loop through Point Pleasant, then returning home along Queen and Ahern. The most challenging part of the race was the up and down hills of Point Pleasant. Here is the course route.
Although it wasn’t a personal best for a 10K, I was still happy to finish in 41min.
