Our Flat
Well after one week in our flat, it definitely feels like home. As you can tell from the photos, it has a very rustic-tuscany-villa feel. Compared to the other furnished places we looked at which only included couch, bed and table, this place came with everything you see. Both the landlord and his wife are incredibly nice and we also have access to backyard area which looks like a nice spot for a cup of tea.
Located along Stamford Street, it is only a 15 minute walk to April’s work and just two blocks from Waterloo Tube Station which gives us easy access to anywhere in London. Within a few minutes from our place is the Tate Museum, Shakespeare Globe , Clink Prison Museum and the Borough Market, so April and I both feel pretty spoiled.
